The Life Of Jessica & Family

I am having a little boy AWE! He weighs 1lb right now. I am close to 21 weeks pregnant. And I am just now getting really excited about being pregnant and everything. I got to see my son moving around inside my body and it actually brought tears to my eyes, it was the most amazing thing I have ever seen in my life. He is healthy and growing just like he needs to be so I am very happy about that.

In Babies

When you're so far away
and the night is silent
I hear you in the trees
as the wind whispering in my ear

When we are miles apart
and I hunger for your caress
I feel you in the sunshine
as the heat kissing my skin

When space separates us
and my eyes long to look at you
I behold you in the moonlight
as beams dancing among the stars

When time carries you away from me
and I yearn to make love to you
I cuddle you in my mind
as I keep you close to my heart

Lightning strikes, the clash of thunder,
gazing deeply in the sky, I wonder;
Blinded by this treacherous light,
is that you that brightens the night?

Is that you hidden beyond the skies,
shadows I see from the corner of my eyes?
Do you make the cool winds blow,
as you once made my heart glow?

Slow breezes gently touch me like a kiss,
I can only feel the person I miss;
Knowing it's you, I do not mourn,
my heart no longer feels so torn.

I have no reason to always cry,
for in my heart you did not die;
Closing your eyes, lying to rest,
only doing what you knew was best.

So when the earth shakes and rumbles,
when life seems like its about to crumble;
I will always remember to look up above,
to be guided safely by your love.

I am really excited about having a baby. This will be my first and most likely my last (haha). I am 15 weeks far along and so far it's not as bad as people try to say. But I am sure when I get up to my 6th and 7th month I will be ready for it to be over. I don't know what I am having yet, but I am secretly hopeing for a GIRL! My next doctors visit is April 21st so hopefully I will know after then what the sex of the baby is. Ok well thats all for now.
